Shipping is the period during which we prepare your package and send the product to our delivery partner. It is not the date your order will be delivered. The shipping time takes between 1 and 2 weeks.

The customer will be able to track the delivery via a parcel number which will be sent to them as soon as the parcel is dispatched. They will be informed of the estimated delivery date via the carrier’s website.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, a calling card will be left and you will be able to collect your item(s) at a location indicated by the carrier.

If you purchase more than one item, each item will be shipped separately, with a separate tracking number.

Yes, thanks to our carriers’ tracking system. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to track the status of the shipment.

We work with several delivery companies. There is no need to contact them before the items are shipped to them. After this step, we will be able to give you more information about them. You will receive a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to track the status of your delivery. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

First of all, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We work to the best of our ability to reduce shipping times and avoid delays and you will be notified if this happens. If you are waiting for your items longer than expected and you don’t hear from us, don’t hesitate to contact us to get the latest information.

Changing the delivery address can only be done for items that have not yet been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, changing the delivery address is no longer possible.
